Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new features become available immediately, and you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

How are messages counted toward my monthly limit?

Each interaction between a user and your AI employee counts as one message. This includes both incoming user messages and outgoing AI responses. For voice interactions, each 15 seconds of audio is counted as one message. Unused messages don't roll over to the next month.

What kind of support can I expect?

Starter plans include email support during business hours (8/5). Professional plans include 24/7 priority support with faster response times. Enterprise plans come with a dedicated account manager, regular check-ins, and hands-on assistance with implementation and optimization.
